• Invoice request: full name or company name, address, VAT number, SDI code (optional), email and phone if provided, stay dates.
• Issue reports and service requests (late check-out, extra cleaning, parking): guest name if provided, description, dates and apartment.
• Payments: handled directly by Stripe. We never receive or store your card details.
• Anonymous usage statistics (only with your consent): section visited, apartment, language and a random session identifier, with no name, email or IP address.

To provide the services you request during your stay (performance of a contract), to comply with tax and invoicing obligations (legal obligation) and, with your consent, for anonymous statistics that help us improve the guide.

We only use your browser's local storage — no advertising cookies and no profiling.

• Strictly necessary: selected language, cookie choice and unlocking of parking instructions after payment. No consent required.
• Statistics (optional): a random session identifier used to count section visits. Active only if you accept.

Only with providers that help us deliver the service, each for its own purpose: Stripe (payments), our hosting and database provider, Google Maps/Places (maps and recommended places) and weather services. We never sell your data.

Requests, reports and statistics are kept for 12 months and then deleted. Tax documents and invoicing data are kept for the period required by law (10 years).

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data at any time, object to processing and withdraw your consent to statistics. Write to info@theboutiquehouses.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.
